We run full field scanning too, that is literally how this practice started. But if your team already owns the capture, we are not here to compete for that part of the job, we slot in as the modeling and processing bench behind it, the capacity you reach for when the backlog outgrows what your team can turn around without falling behind on the next job.

That is the only thing we really measure ourselves on. Before anything leaves us, the model is checked against the source point cloud, not just eyeballed. When we register your scans, registration typically lands within ±2 to 6 mm, and the report shows any target we excluded and why. If your client's QA still finds something, we fix it at our cost. A job is not finished here until they have signed off.

We deliver in the formats your team already opens: RVT projects and RFA families for BIM, DWG or DXF for CAD and drawings, E57, RCP, RCS, LAS or PTS for registered clouds, and OBJ, STL or FBX for 3D models. We read Leica, Riegl, Faro and Trimble scan formats natively. If your downstream process needs something else, ask; the answer is usually yes.

It depends on LOD, area and scope, so we will not pretend there is one number. What we will do is give you a calendar when we quote, and show you progress against it at each milestone rather than going silent until delivery.

No. Lidar only, terrestrial or aerial. Photogrammetry is a genuinely different pipeline and we would rather turn the work down than learn on your project.

We are one company working from two countries: our team works out of New Delhi, India, where our survey business runs too. We are not cagey about it. Operating from India keeps our costs down, and that is the honest answer to why the numbers work: you are not paying a US hourly rate for work we have been doing since 2015.

Fair question. We are surveyors first and modelers second. We have been scanning for more than 16 years, starting with the first commercial laser scanning operation in India, back when almost nobody in the country knew what a point cloud was, and we still do field work today. So we read your scans the way you would: we know what the deliverable is for and how your client will use it. Registration issues, control problems and bad scans get flagged when your files arrive, not after we've modeled against them. And you don't have to take our word for it: we'll model a small area of one scan at no cost.
