Point Cloud Processing, simplified.
Surveyor-led point cloud registration, scan-to-BIM, Revit modeling, and as-built drawings — quoted in hours, billed on actuals, capped at the quote. You never pay more than what we quoted.
"Your point clouds aren't being processed by draftsmen. They're being processed by surveyors."
Most firms ranking for "scan to BIM services" are pure modeling shops. Our processing team works alongside a full-scope LiDAR survey operation — field acquisition, registration, modeling, and client delivery, end to end. We use Leica, Riegl, Faro, and Trimble scanners daily. We've delivered the equivalent work ourselves, on the ground.
That means we catch registration issues, control problems, and bad scans before they become bad deliverables. We know what your client will do with the model downstream, because we've been the one handing it off.
What we hand back to you.
Pick what you need. Stack as many as the project calls for. Every deliverable is QA'd by the same team that processed it.
Scan to BIM (Revit)
True-to-life Revit models at the LOD your spec calls for — 100, 200, 300, 400, even 500 for high-detail MEP. We work to your family library and project template.
Scan-to-BIM detailsPoint Cloud Registration
Target-based, cloud-to-cloud, or geo-referenced registration. Survey-grade tolerances, clean overlaps, documented control. The step most outsourced shops skip — we own it.
Registration detailsPoint Cloud to Revit / CAD
Direct conversion of registered point clouds to editable 3D Revit or 2D AutoCAD geometry. We deliver in the file format your downstream workflow expects.
Point cloud to Revit2D As-Built Drawings
Floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, terrain maps. Drawn from the point cloud, not from memory — every line traces back to a scan.
As-built detailsSolid, Surface & Mesh Models
3DSmax, Geomagic, and Blender outputs for design, viz, fabrication, and animation. Useful when "good enough Revit" isn't.
Scan-to-CAD detailsAerial LiDAR Processing
LiDAR-derived aerial datasets — classification, terrain, infrastructure. We do not process photogrammetric (drone photo) data; only LiDAR.
Aerial LiDAR detailsQuoted in hours. Billed on actuals. Capped at the quote.
Most processing shops quote per-square-foot and pad the number against unknowns. We don't. We quote a scope of hours, you pay for what we use, and you never pay more than the quote.
Send us the scans.
Raw scans, structured project notes, target sheets, intended deliverables, and LOD. If you're not sure what you need, send what you have and we'll work it out on the call.
We quote a scope of hours.
Driven by deliverables, LOD, and area. Quote includes registration, modeling, QA, and your revisions. Fixed cap — you never pay more.
We process. You review.
Milestone reviews built in. We do not consider a deliverable done until your client has signed off — included in the cap, not a change order.
We bill on actual hours used.
Detailed time records. If we finished under quote, you pay less. If we finished at the cap, you pay the quote. We do not invoice over the cap.
A small selection of named projects.
Across 20+ countries and a decade of LiDAR work. Full case studies on the work page.
We process for the team behind the scan.
Survey firms with their own LiDAR rigs
The team is good at the field. The pinch is processing. We extend your bench without you hiring another Revit modeler. Reliable when your in-house capacity is buried; gone when it's not.
AEC firms with scan-to-BIM contracts
You won the work. We turn the scans into the Revit your client expects, to your standards.
Industrial & plant owners
Existing facilities, brownfield design, clash detection, retrofit. Direct or via your survey partner.
Infrastructure, civil & mining
Dams, bridges, canals, open-cast volumes. Project-shaped quotes, hours capped.
Questions we hear every week.
Will the work hold up against my client's QA?
That's the only thing we measure ourselves on. We don't consider a deliverable done until your client signs off — revisions inside the cap, not change orders. If our work doesn't hold, we fix it on us.
What software do you work in?
Daily: AutoCAD, Revit, Microstation, 3DSmax, Geomagic, Blender. Registration: Cyclone and equivalent. If your downstream is something else, ask.
What's your turnaround?
Project-dependent — driven by LOD, area, and scope. We give you a calendar at quote time, and you see milestone progress against it.
Do you process drone / photogrammetry data?
No. LiDAR only — terrestrial or aerial. Photogrammetry is a different pipeline and we don't pretend otherwise.
Where are you based?
Our processing team is based abroad, where the equivalent of a US-rate Revit modeler costs us less — which is how the hours-on-actuals-with-cap math works. We do not hide that. We own delivery end to end.
What does a project cost?
Quoted per project — driven by deliverables, LOD, and area. Send us your scans and a spec; you get a fixed-cap quote within 1–2 business days.
Send us the scans. Get a hours-capped quote.
Tell us what you've got and what your client expects. We come back with a scope of hours, a cap, and a calendar. No padding, no surprises.
