Before you ask for a quote

What to send us first.

The faster we get a real answer back to you, the more of this we already have. Nothing here is a form to fill out, just what to gather before you email or call.

The checklist

Six things to have ready.

Send whatever you have, even if the list below isn't complete. We would rather start from a partial set than wait for a perfect one.

What to gather before you reach out
# Item Why we ask for it
1 Raw scan files In their native format where possible. We read Leica, Riegl, Faro, and Trimble formats directly.
2 Target sheets or control data If the capture used targets or a control network, this is what registration is checked against. Gaps here are fine, just tell us they exist.
3 The deliverable you need Scan to BIM, registration, as-built drawings, a mesh, or a mix. If you're not sure which, tell us the end use and we'll recommend one.
4 LOD, if you know it We work anywhere from LOD 100 through 500. If your client's spec names one, send it. If not, we'll ask what the model is for and recommend accordingly.
5 Your family library or project template Applies to Revit work. Send it if you have one, we model directly into it rather than handing back a file you have to adapt.
6 Project notes Anything about the site, the client, or the timeline that would change how we'd scope it. Short notes are enough.
If you don't have all of it

Send what you have. We'll work out the rest with you.

A partial set is a normal starting point, not a problem. Tell us what's missing and why, and we'll scope around it or tell you what we'd need to firm up the quote. What we won't do is guess quietly and let the number move later.
